At Allen Oral Surgery and Implant Center, we do everything we can to keep care affordable for our patients. We know that oral surgery can be stressful, so we offer financial relief during your time of need by accepting most major insurance carriers. We are participating providers with Health Resources, Inc or Dental Health Options, and we are a Premier Provider with Delta Dental. We also participate with Kentucky Medicaid, Humana Medicaid, Wellcare, and Aetna Better Health. We do not participate with any medical insurance carriers. Please be sure to bring any insurance information you have with you to each appointment.
As a courtesy we would be glad to file your dental insurance for you. We do our best to check your individual maximum and plan coverage with your carrier and give you an estimated amount to pay the day of surgery based on the information they provide to us. However, knowing your insurance carrier and plan coverage is your responsibility. Our team is happy to help you understand and maximize your benefits.
